Today's world is fast, instant and competitive, it almost feels like we are losing all our values to artificial intelligence. Then I pondered on that very thought - wait a minute we really are losing our human touch to the modern world.

 Life has become more about the simulation of human intelligence processed by machines, especially computers & mobile phones that the old school vibes, our patience and our human bonds are disappearing right before our eyes. 

Yet there is still a lot of room that remains for holding onto true value's - the human bond. Thats what has encouraged me to reinvent myself combining all my passion and experience returning back to today's modern world after supporting both my daughter's early years of development as a full-time mum. 

This became a complex duty after the arrival of our disabled daughter. Her needs were quite substantial with open heart surgery and further operations through her (what's now) nearly 9 years. It was these complexities in constant conflict of a full-time working parent, that had me choose to become a full-time mum instead- to nurture and support my daughter. Paid by love. 

I am a quiet achiever building my knowledge over the years in business, development, psychology, social & emotional intelligence. Most recently and still currently travel certificates & qualifications. I also recently secured a position on a casual basis within the travel industry that allows me to lend myself to both customer service and website content building.

 It's with all this experience combined I feel I am well placed with moving into this new space bringing with me further experience of previous business including bricks and mortar retail outlet, food & Gift hamper services, teaching and support, customer service roles and my personal passion of providing quality customer service with true old school values. 

I want to you be comfortable and know you are in good hands when you apply for our services, Let's bring back the old school together. 

I have an abundance of experience self-sourced through personal travel adventures that I am excited to offer honest opinions of.

 I AM NOT A REGISTERED TRAVEL AGENT (at this point). I have however completed and/or currently studying & finalizing qualifications including and not limited to... domestic or international travel consultant, online travel consultant, customer service agent, call center sales agent and reservations sales agent.

I am also skilled as an Inbound groups manager, inbound sales manager, incentives manager, tour operations manager, marketing manager, product development manager, reservations manager, travel agency manager, sales manager and visitor information center manager.

My travel adventures include both solo, as a family, supporting disability, as part of a tour and as a travel coordinator for interstate crafting exhibits and shows. These have offered many notable experiences that I will also carry through into my new business. 

It really was only a matter of finding the right time to follow my passion (second to my children) and apply my knowledge and experiences.  I am so excited to be embarking on this next chapter. I have nurtured this dream pondering and building its fruition quietly with full intent of creating a strong travel service, Thats provides traditional customer service & Value.  I'm so excited its finally happening.

NOTES TO MENTION - My daughter is limited to ALL social media.

- A choice I am firm on for many reasons. 

So, I have agreed to allow her a supervised safe space under strict rules, with adult moderators introducing her to the world of social interaction "with strangers" via her POST CARD CLUB.

 - She is also invited to contribute to our Blog posting allowing her expression and inclusion in the family business. You will see her pop up from time to time filtering her thoughts and experiences offering Insite and communication through the eyes of a mini travel specialist.

- As mentioned, the Mum of a disabled daughter who carries complex medical conditions highlighted by her Down Syndrome diagnosis. She is such a character as you will learn if you do decide to follow our socials. It is because of her being my 1st priority there will be times that I will be unavailable however I will always continue communication with all clients.  

 My aim is to keep this business small with a staff - Client ratio comfortably sitting at 1:3 so you can be sure all your needs are met in a personalized old school approach. 

Our current online availability (via email & Social networks) operates mostly business hours 9.30am-5pm Monday - Friday 

 Whilst our physical appointments are by appointment only. 

Please DO NOT turn up to our office space without a booking AS WE MAY NOT BE THERE. 

I choose to work remotely though I do have an office space for clients who wish to meet and discuss bookings.  

At this point I do heavily rely on online communication as I cater for my disabled daughter and am hosting a remote office. Please be patient whilst we slowly build our presence and I settle into my return to work. Saying that I am more than happy to organize and do prefer an appointment for more complex itinerary. 

It was a long hard decision to return to the workforce. I feel this balance of Remote & office flexibility allows for the best transition back to full time work.

So all that said be assured I will be doing everything I am humanly able to, to assure your travel plans remain on track. My commitment remains firm to both team members and clients with my priority to nurture the true values of a safe and healthy team environment, reflecting full respect of the trust our clients have in us and our team.
